Key terms

The terms, plainly stated.

No small-print surprises. Everything here is in the Partner Agreement you sign.

Commission payment

100% of each month's commission, paid within 5 business days of the client's payment clearing, from your first qualifying referral onward. There is no holdback. Via Wise in GBP, EUR or USD.

Founding Cohort bonus

Founding Cohort referrals earn a flat £150 per customer, paid after the 90-day retention milestone, instead of standard percentage commission. It protects the margin on founding-cohort pricing.

Annual prepay

Available at standard pricing after the founding cohort closes, at 10% off, and it does not stack with any other discount. Commission on an annual prepay is paid as a single lump sum within 5 business days of the prepayment clearing, at your tier rate on the close date. The prepaid term is non-cancellable, so no forfeiture or clawback applies.

Eligible clients

UK and Ireland registered businesses. You can operate from anywhere in the world, only the client's business location matters.

Tier retention

Once you reach Gold or Platinum you keep that tier for a rolling 12 months from the promotion date, subject to maintaining the minimum threshold activity. Falling below the threshold at the annual check reverts you to the tier your trailing 12-month activity supports. A tier change affects future referrals only, commission on customers already closed is unaffected.

90-day retention rule

If a client cancels before the 90-day retention milestone, commission already paid on that client is clawed back from your next payment. That is the only downside protection, there is no split and no holdback.

Termination

30 days' written notice by either side. Trail commissions on clients already closed keep paying, termination doesn't kill earned income.

Minimum payout

£100 / €120 / $120. Anything below the threshold rolls forward to the following month's payment.

Tax & exclusivity

Commission is paid gross; you handle your local tax. Non-exclusive, the only rule is no competing AI service to the same prospect at once.
